Hello Members,

What is ShortSell Exactly?

As i know it is selling a script at high price even u don't have it and then at low price you have to buy it, is it?

And what if i will short sell srcipt but i wll not buy it same day? what will happen will they get sold automatically at EOD.

Some software will automatically squareoff(buy back or cover) when the trades are intraday, else you will have to cover. If you do not cover, your broker will have to get it from auction at a higher price and you will have to also pay a penalty over it.

My advise is if you want to short-sell, go into futures. If you feel futures is very risky because of comparatively larger capital requirement, then play with MINIFTY.

I am fine. Its just that I want to "disconnect" for a short period because when others' opinions was different, it would produce some unpleasant anxiety and nervousness. The repercussions were such that twice I have traded in my dreams. Its not good for me you see. But that trading in dream is funny through

May be this is "Starter's syndrome", but yes, over the last few days I have traded less(less no of trades), controlled emotional-lead havoc and over happy with my trading the last few sessions.

Ahan, thats great. I can understand what you stated.

About trading in dreams, well...It happens me with also. ..However, I didnt trade in dreams, I just earned profits ....Wish, I could materialise that in practicality.
