What is closing date of IDFC Premier Eq. Fund.

Kindly tell me closing date of IDFC Premier Eq. Fund. actually I am looking to enter but little hesitant due to Market condition ( trading Nifty Near 5900 on higher side).

It would close as soon as they have collected the requisite fund. Last year, it closed exactly 1 month from the date of opening. This year, it has opened on 31-Mar-2011.

I believe the criteria this time around is Rs. 300 crores. once this corpus is reached, they intend to close the fund for further subscription. Further reading also shows that SIP is not supported and only Lumpsum (min. Rs. 25000) is allowed.
