What helped Vinyl Chemicals in 2010?

#1
Vinyl Chemicals solely trades in the chemical Vinyl Acetate Monomer (used in furniture glue).

When looking at past records, the company seemed to have performed well post 2010. It also seemed to have started paying or restarted paying dividends in 2010.

Pidilite seems to own 40% of the company but Pidilite sales are decreasing slowly while Vinyl Chemicals sales are rising.

What could be the reason for the turn around in this trading company?

I have yet to invest in a trading company and am not entirely sure of whether to get into this stock or not.
