When nifty 50 value is weighted average of 50 stocks, then why cant total volume of 50 stocks traded in a day be the total volume of nifty?

Unable to understand ,i came to know about a chart pattern called OHLC, what does you mean about "OHLC in first place " ?
in the same image you posted, there is Open High Low and close values. If you cant trade spot, then where did they come from ?

It cant be like that. Nifty 50 spot value is just a theoretical value calculated from actual price movements of underlying stocks.
But when you bring volume into picture, it means it should actually be traded. Volume count begins only when it is actually traded. Right ?

When Nifty spot is moving, it's not moving because its bought/sold. its movement is only representation of 50 stocks combined as a group.
