Upgrading AMC Scheme from 2000 to 6000

Hi Friends,

I have recently joined tradeji.com, can someone pls help me understand the process of Upgrading AMC scheme in Sharekhan.

I had already subscribed for AMC-2000. Now i want to upgrade it
to AMC-10000, but the application does not allow me saying that an Scheme is already active. Please help me resolve this problem.
