Updating Existing database

I have downloaded EOD data for Amibroker from the thread

How should I go on and update it everyday?

Should I download bhavcopy from NSE and add data to database manually ?

Any quicker way to do it ?

Please guide.

Yes Amit - you need to import data to Ami everday. Download getbhavcopy utility... using dt you can download the bhavcopy from nse site everday which comes in txt file then import it to Ami.

Hi Friends,

I am new to Amibroker ... recently installed it on my PC (OS is XP) and also on my Laptop (OS is Windows7) ......I tried to import data (downloaded from getbhavcopy utility) ...... it works perfectly well on my PC with XP system but it is not being imported in Amibroker on my Laptop with system Windows7.

Experts please advise

I have one query,

Under Symbols all symbols are coming sorted alphabetically.

Is there any way that Symbols come as Drop-down Alphabetically ... that is alphabet wise auto-filter
