if i was to suggest i can safely say hotforex, i mean been trading with them since 2010 and here they are still up and running doing really good. best of luck

How many times you made withdrawals with them? Any changes in execution or platform behavior as you move on the stage of consistent profitable trading?
Just want to know if they're true A-book ECN or Hybrid model broker..

If you are new to forex then its too early to hire a broker. I would suggest to gain some good trading knowledge then trade yourself on demo account. If you feel its very difficult then hire a broker and learn basica of forex. I would recommend you LMFX or HotForex.
