Transfer Shares From SMC (Dads) to Elite (Mine)

Hi,

My dad has a trading + demat account (offline) in SMC, with myself as the nominee. My dad expired in October this year..

I have a trading + demat account (offline) with Elite, which i am satisfied with. I just want to know the process by which the shares of SMC (dad's account) can be transferred into the Elite (mine).

Also, it will be good if anyone could tell me an estimate cost of this transfer.
