Vodafone,

Really unhappy to use Vodafone service in washermanpet east kg garden location.. Most of the times we are getting the number is not reachable when people dials to our number.. When we are dialling to others numbers the tower is nill hence the call is not going through…unable to use mobile phone in that location.. Even the dealers who recharge in that area is aware about this issue.. bUt when they escalate this issue your team is not supporting. That’s why writing this email with unhappy note.


When you guys are unable to give service properly why are you deducting money from customer account without even intimating. It seems like stealing the money from customer account without customer acknowledgement.

As per trai rule if you are unable to give service to customer do not follow the rules for deduction.

Regarding this issue complaint also has been raised in customer care… But there is no proper response.

2 Numbers are used in the same location.. If issue is not cleared with reimbursement planning to move jio…


You guys come to this location and take sample test and start working on the issue.

Note: taking survey in the streets will not give happy resolution for customers.
Pls seek permission of any customer in that location and enter their premise do the survey.

Because of this issue we were not recharging for both the numbers as we expect..

Need reimbursement of the deducted money.. else for sure complaint will be registered in trai..

Try to give service to customer.
