It depends on each indivisual....some are great daytraders...some are great position traders,some are great swing traders...

If one is happy and comfortable with a trading method,timeframe then it is probably right timeframe and method for him....if there is stress,tension in trading then probably one is trading a method and timeframe not suitable to one's frame of mind...
