However, we do need some clarity on where to enter and exit. In the above example, what would our entry and exit be, and the profit?
A suggestion:
Add stochastics or RSI. When it has bounced back twice from the overbought/oversold zone, one may consider entering. The latest extreme point would be the stop. (Idea credit: Rob Booker)
