Regulators are allowed to trade via mobile , but on ground level very few brokers came out with the "mobile applications". I think it will take time to implement it.

On the mobile side any medium level GSM/GPRS/EDGE mobile set can do it costing Rs 5000 to 6000 . CDMA lower level & high/mid range sets are very buggy sets:mad:

No, It will not run IE but your broker or other brokers will provide a "java application" for general phones , & for other high end phone there will be other applications like for example for Windows phone, for Android phone or for Symbian phone there will be other applications.

as per the above link it appears like exchanges are going to offer "applications". We have to watch it.
