tradestation 8.2 problems with metastock database

hi everybody,
i m new on this forum and i ask your help:
i ve ts 8.2 and i work off line, but i m not able to charge anything of my metastock database...i m loosing so much time trying to understand how to have success but i cannot charge any chart...so please anyone may help me ?

If Eod, google for custexch.txt
Else, you need own data 2.5.
