Infratel completed BCD 13 with no quilifier.
If it does not qualify then it is not CD 13.It has to wait for that condition. I suggest you use the indicator written by "yngvar" it gives count based on qualifiers and cancellations.also draws tdst lines. But it does not account for Intersection.that we can check manually. You can say CD 13 completed not completed without intersections. But not without qualifying condition.

Sell set up continues till we get a flip in opposite direction.Set up requires minimum 9 bars in which close > close 4 bars back. But the set up does not end on 9th bar...it can continue till 11/12 or any number of bars till it gives a flip. This is important for calculating distance travelled in set up if there are multiple set ups and we have to decide which set up is active for count down to progress.

ST Sir can we start the countdown in the above case if there is an intersection but setup continues beyond 9 bars. Thanks

That is exactly what he has written.
The variation followed here is to start Countdown on completion of 9 setup bars and intersection condition which can occur with bar 8/9 with 3 or more bars earlier.

Even if setup bar 8 is the actual bar that qualifies the intersection condition, you can begin CD1 on setup bar 9 provided the conditions are met.

setup bars can continue counting until an opposite flip occurs or the setup condition halts.

Yes,if there is intersection in 8th or 9 th bar, we can start countdown phase from 9th bar provided other conditions are met. Set up can continue till 10,11,12 or further bars. But in the chart posted, there is no intersection in 8th or 9th bar and the intersection has taken place later.
