not about right/wrong was just asking and thought you numbered the bars with CD counts. the image was small in my mob.
it is 8 on the next bar.
somehow still prefer sequential as priority and the others to support it but its just my personal preference. (a bit of logic is the option writers game in current era who keep even giants in a range )

spotted another power of 9 (intraday), too much to do these days if it all were in real-time.

how u illustrate power of 9 are u assuming ongoing major trend reversal after 9 or trend of next bar to 9 trend will change for intra play? kindly explain so it will beneficial to learners.

Which bars don't count?
I remember using following
Usual seq one: close less than eq to low 2 bars earlier
CD low and close less than or equal to prior bar resp.
CD close less than prior CD close

From my screen it seems to fit

Countdown criteria for combo count (buy combo example)
1.close of current bar lower than or equal to low 2bar earlier (this condition is same as sequential)
2.close of current bar lower than close of previous bar.
3.low of current bar lower than low of previous bar.
4.close of current bar lower than close of previous combo bar.

Condition 4 is not present for combo countdown bar 1 as that is the first combo bar (with no previous combo bar in that countdown)
