What if on the day Close > MA(C, 20) is a doji ?
A Doji formed when price is cutting MA from bottom could indicate a strong resistance at MA(C, 20). Hence it cannot be a BUY.

You can buy at any price convenient to you. Ideally, once today's price goes higher than yesterday's you may wait for retracement to buy at lower level.

Just follow the updates everyday. When target price is reached you may book profit (partial or full) or wait for next target. If a SELL or STOPLOSS is triggered then exit.
