Stock split & bonus issue & fundamental valuation.

Hi to all thread member. Can u explain the effect of stock split & bonus issue on the fundamental valuation of a company. Should i take this factor into account.
If yes or no what is the reason.

i think my friend fundamentalvalue can explain it in most better way..and also request to him to explain how to do its valuation......
