Stock delisted! What do I do now?

I bought ZENITHBIR-BE in 2018 and left it for long term.
However, the said stock was de-listed from the exchange!
I have shares in it and unable to sell now. :(

My stock broker says I have to wait for ZENITHBIR-BE to be listed again to sell them OR they ask me to find solution on Google search.

Please, can someone advise what do I do in such scenario? I'd like to dispose them off as soon as possible.

Thanks in advance.

You may have the option of selling their shares to the promoters. The promoters are under an obligation to accept the shares at the same exit price. This facility is usually available for a period of at least one year from the date of closure of the delisting process.

Thanks for your response. So what would be the process of selling the shares to the promoters really? I mean, how do I communicate with promoters or company. Thanks.
