I think that Haryana has the lowest at max Rs. 30 per contract note.

Edit : A rent agreement is enough to effect a change of address.

but my adhar card is of lucknow address and bank account is also the same. pls explain what to do.

Suppose you rent a place in Gurgaon, then producing the legal rent agreement (of Haryana state) should be able to effect the change of address in your trading account and enable Haryana stamp duty.

Some broker can answer that better.
