Reinstall & restart computer it will work

This is could be a compatibilty issue,

Right click on NOW.exe and select properties. Under Compatibility Tab, Select Run this program as Windows XP ...and try...

arey bhai right click, run as administrator karo,
change the settings in the compatibility tab.
