I had 1500 shares of Sintex at average price of Rs.45. Sintex was demerged in to Sintex Industries and Sintex Plastics. I received 1500 shares of both companies. Sintex industries was delisted. How do i calculate my purchase price for Sintex Industries post demerger and can i claim Long term capital loss as it has now been delisted.
