HINDALCO:

TRIPLE BOTTOM+ DEMAND AREA
Nice chart. Simple, clear and that's it. :thumb: Good lesson on chart reading. :thumb:

Now how would you act? Not sure if I should ask this question or is your thread basicaly meant to teach chart reading which would be more than perfect.

Take care / Dan :)

NO teaching.
I am a learner & whatever charts being posted are on my watchlist for tomorrow or maybe a few sessions.

comming to the second part of your question. i will be watching price action in this area. any sign of weakness in bearish order flow & i am long. (most probably I am expecting a BOF entry).

But after going through your threads, I guess your approach will be a little different. maybe you would like to long straddle or bull call spread or bull put spread.:D

Thanks for your great posts on option trading strategies:thumb:. I am learning from them, but still I would allow myself some more time before trading options seriously. Right now I am taking 1-2 small trades in options. Gradually I will increase my positions as I become clear in the concepts.

Thanks once again

I am not sure whether providing name of the data provider is violation of forum rules. There are many data providers, just google it you will find.
i am getting:
mcx, ncdex, nse cash, futures, cds & nymex crude @ 1500 for 2 months.
although at times i feel my terminal prices are not exactly matching with tick data (slight lag/delay) but i dont have any method to cross check. moreover i am ok with the slight lag, definitely it could also be due to my system issues.

you can download mt4 from anywhere, google mt4 free. the data provider wil feed data into mt4(there is no issue in it).

in case u have any difficulty in doing all these keep posting, I will try to help you.

why am I getting screwed up in Options trading??

HINDALCO 160 CE BOUGHT AT 0.60 (POSITIONAL TRADE) SOLD AT 0.70
HINDALCO 135 PE BOUGHT AT 2.70 (POSITIONAL TRADE) SOLD AT 1.20

--> SINCE HINDALCO WAS NEAR TRENDLINE SUPPORT & I WAS NOT SURE IF SUPPORT WOULD HOLD OR BREAK. I TOOK THE TRADE, WITH EXPECTATION THAT I WOULD BE PROFITABLE BELOW 130 OR ABOVE 165.

--> PANICKED AS EXPIRY IS NEARING

--> LESSON LEARNT: NOT TO GIVE BENEFIT OF DOUBT TO ANY TRADE
