SH's MArket Correction Prediction Strategy

dear SH,
will this month nifty touch 100 ema ??
as last date was 20 feb 2014...
do u see any sign for correction or weakness in ur chart ??
Yes I do see... small risk can be taken by shorting with recent highs as SL. risk is around 80/90 points but 100 EMA is far down below...

Cheers
SH
Perhaps in the October series. Traditionally, September being a quarter ending, the indices tend to zoom up in the last few days. Also, I think that the RBI policy announcement is due on Sep 30, which can screw up a lot of calculations. Further - Diwali on 23rd October - traditionally there is a tradable dip before Diwali.

Looks like I have been misunderstood. I think that there may not be a serious correction in September. Maybe in October. Even then buying puts may not yield serious results. Maybe you can sell calls of October series. But considering the larger uptrend, I would not advise buying puts to keep, maybe only on intraday basis.

Yesterday NS made 3EMA left-out candle. So can we expect correction on monday ?
Not necessarily. Maybe the ema will rise to meet the price, even if it is a flat opening. That's why SH said 3 days for the correction.
