SH's 315 Strategy - how to use if effectively

This is probably a very dumb question, but I havent been able to find a system that can specifically screen for this strategy, what is everyone using?

Hmmm.....15EMA is around 5300 and if mkt closes around 5250, will be down to only 5285-5290 I think. (BTW talking about EOD 15EMA)

1. What was the last trade?

2. If there were any positions(Long most probably), then today was the day to
exit them right?
