Yes longs to be opened at 3.25 even if 3 EMA is not being touched by todays candle.

Yesterday we exitd shorts based on our new rule which saved us 100 point loss today.

You meant today's long may be whipsawed tomorrow?
If so, then the best way to follow this strategy is to keep the rule book in front of you and don't apply any brain to the decisions.

Believe me, everytime I tried acting smart, I was outshined by the simplistic approach of this brilliant strategy.

Whipsaws, yes there will be whipsaws. But the resulting trend will give you enough profits to cover them.
