TA Newbie, 315 may not be good for "all" scripts!! Have you people checked DLF historically if 315 works on it!! Any possibility of getting a back test report on DLF as per 315 set up!!

I just eyeballed this years chart for DLF futres with 315 strategy.. these are the trades I got : Values rounded off for easy calculation!!

05 jan Sell 282
14 Feb Buy 245 = +37
15 Feb Sell 238 = - 7
10 Mar Buy 230= + 8
15 Mar Sell 221= -11
16 Mar Buy 227= -6
17 Mar Sell 223= -4
23 Mar Buy 231= -8
15 Apr Sell 242= +11
13 MayBuy 233= +9
16 MaySell 226= -7
30MayBuy 231= -5
Today if Sell triggers we may loose ~3/4 points in this trade!!

Positive trades gain 65 points in 4 trades
Negative trades loss 48 points in 7 trades

Gross : 17 points gain less slippage and brokerage!! Though positive but for me I would prefer a bit better result giving set up!!
Any suggestions friends!!

rh6996, you already know of ccmb's expert for metastock... ask him if you dont have it... it works very good on DLF.. posting a chart...
