Sharekhan Square Off Not Credited in Account

Im a newbie and im trading in Sharekhan,When i sell a trade in 24 and buy it in 23.50 in the net position.The Calculated bpl are shown and the values for sell and buy are shown but they didnt added to my account.I Dont Know What It represents.Anyone Help me.?
