seeking advice - pearl global

Hello,

I am not good at understanding corporate announcements. Recently pearl global has announced delisting offer. It has given floor price as Rs. 47.50. What does this mean? If I am holding some shares at average price of around Rs. 54 what should I do? sell them at CMP? The scrip is trading in very small volumes in the range 46.50 to Rs. 48 from many days.

Can some senior here guide me about delisting procedure.
