Sbi gets related

I have invested in sbifunds gets growth i.e.etf.in 2008. and for that monthly statement received by me till date. when I want to sell some portion to my urgent needs. I approached sbicaps in Mumbai. On their information I am having a demat account and my trading account is 83229774.when I logged for online trading my existing holdings of investment not found in the client report.More over i have not received any information previously about my trading account.which was opened in 2012.As per my monthly statement the BO ID and DP ID are differ with available in client report in Trade login.To my repeated attempts to toll free and branches the issue not resolved.till date.When I came to know the two Bo.ID should be linked together for view in trade login
