Buy 1 lot qty any blue chip shares in EQ which one are trades in F&o ... Example : RELCAPITAL

If you purchase 1 lot at cmp : 520.00 * lotsize 500 = 2,60,000

Investment = 2,60,000

In every month expiry day just write one lot in the money call option (next month )

for example : Dec 2014 contract 520 call option cmp : 25.50

you will get premium : Rs.12750.

If you continue next 12 months this like trades...Yes you will get aprox 40-50% return...

you can back test this strategy..Nse website have a historical options EOD data...

There is No 'SAFEST TRADING STRATEGY' in this Stock Market.

In the Stock Market, there is no such thing as a "SAFEST TRADING STRATEGY".

All Option trading strategies have the potential to lose money if their underlying stocks do not perform according to the expectations of the strategist.

In stock market there is no rule without an exception.

Many successful trader end up frustrated, embarrassed and penniless in the long run bcoz they failed to understand the risks, until exception for their rule occurred & they lost all hard earned money including capital.

--------------

Even one of the greatest trader in the history Jesse Livermore lost all his several multi-million dollar fortunes in later age and made suicide, when exception of his rule occurred & he failed to understand the risk.

Livermore made multi-million dollar fortunes in 1907 market crashes.
Livermore continued to make money in the 1920s bull markets.
In 1929, he noticed market conditions similar to that of the 1907 market.
He followed his earlier rule, he began shorting various stocks and adding to his positions. He made $100 million after his short-selling profits.
He followed same rule he followed in 1907 crash to find reversal.
But this time exception of his rule occurred, with similar to previous 1907 condition, 1927 bear market reversed to bull, but only for short time. It then goes to another prolonged bear market again. Actually it was a rare long unnatural bear market which last 1929-32 almost 4 years.
By prematurely turning bullish and buying stocks before the greatest bear market ended in 1932, he lost most of his trading capital. Finally one day bankrupted Livermore shot and killed himself.

Here is one of World Famous quote by Jesse Livermore:-

"The game of speculation is the most uniformly fascinating game in the world. But it is not a game for the stupid, the mentally lazy, the person of inferior emotional balance, or the get-rich-quick adventurer. They will die poor."

-------------

So just be careful, don't be over confidend, understand risk and trade safely.
Before more people jump this thread and post their safest strategies. I want to give following warning as a seasoned trader.

" In Stock Market there is no rule without an exception.
So there is no SAFEST TRADING STRATEGY in this Stock Market. "

According to me, the safest trade is to Short-sell Very Far Out-of-the-Money Options atleast 1 month away from current expiry
