can somebody please write this afl:
When RSI crosses/touches 70 from below we should get a sound alert. Then when it crosses/touches 30 from above we should get a sound alert. This needs to happen on candle closing basis. And once it crosses on one side, then same side crossing up and down alerts should not happen. That is when 70 is crossed once, next sound alert should happen only on 30 cross. Also, if possible we should be able to toggle for the 70/30 value touching. That is, alert on just touching could be toggle on and off.
