Upstox - RKSV - Trade in Rs 20 Max

Just want to bring to notice of traderji members. UpStox API services (a monthly PAID service) went down (again this week). However, this time the entire team including the owners raghu, shrini are tied lipped and not even replying to traders on their forum about when the service will be restored..Entire service went down during market hours..imagine losses people might have faced. Traders use real money and are being screwed up by the api service which goes down anytime..and since morning no one from the team is even explaining what is going on!! I am one of the victims of this service..so stay away from upstox api service...Here are the threads and frustrations of the api subscribers..

Their whole service is going down since last 1 years.

its better to go far VIP trader in RKSV so that you are atleast assured to get support when you are in need of.

Thanks but are you using upstox api? And in this case, all API traders were affected. So the problem cannot be solved invidually. Not sure if that makes any sense.

Did you really revert the code as mentioned on the ticket? the service has gone down today as well. And are you extending subscription for days that it was not working? 3 days so far.

You should try Interactive Brokers api us free and discount brokerage
Most importantly full api and free

Not using them as my strategy is capital hungry. I use 20X margin which IB does not provide. And I dont want to pump more funds to broker account for trading.

Yes that sad part they only provide 4X only

One more thing. Look at the irresponsibility on UpStox side. They make code changes and dont inform/caution users. Neither do they test it properly. Read here : https://upstox.com/forum/topic/1290/api-optimisation-and-quicker-replies
So a VIP service is not going to help after you lose money due to infrastructure failure.
