regarding squaring off

hi ..
i have a doubt regarding 'squaring off' of options .

suppose a stock A is trading at 500 . consider the price different between two options is 20.
this means that i can trade options 440,460,480,500,520,540,560 .

suppose i bought PA - 440 and the share value moves to 560. can i square off this option even now .

correct me if i am wrong ..

You can square off at any time , provided ofcourse you have a buyer.
