Regarding How To Fill BUY Order Form According To Call

Hello,

Suppose Someone give me a Call to --

BUY YES BANK with Stoploss Rs. 530, Trade Price Rs. 557 - 550 and Target Rs. 595.......................LTD Rs. 536.50


So, I want to know that What price should be entered in my Buy Order Form and in which Field Box.. ??

Also tell me the Difference Between Stoploss and Trade Price ??
