Refund of application money - MOIL IPO

I had applied for MOIL IPO and got 17 shares allotted. But the balance application money is not yet received. Can anyone provide more information about when application money would be refunded and what I can do if I do not get them in a reasonable time.

Check with the broker with whom you have the demat account in which the shares got depositted.
