Real Time Data Now / Nest Trader to Amibroker, Fcharts

when I tried to import data with following columns and values, after setting in columns of import wizard as
ticker, time, open, high, low, close, volume

BANKNIFTY20AP,26/03/2020 09:16,18700,18799.95,18454.4,18521.7,58820
BANKNIFTY20AP,26/03/2020 09:17,18510.1,18848.2,18498.35,18606.55,53880
BANKNIFTY20AP,26/03/2020 09:18,18610,18619.4,18528.6,18563.25,28940
BANKNIFTY20AP,26/03/2020 09:19,18540.1,18567.9,18409.9,18414.95,25080

I got following error

I am having a problem. no error but the data is not showing in amibroker. Trying to solve for 10days. Any help would be appreciated. Whenever rtd backfill or start rtd givien it opens amibroker but even symbol list not showing in it. After format of my system this problem started

Found LTT in nest platform is wrong .. how to correct it?

How can anybody? Give snapshot of your RTDman.ini file and contents of temperory folder

Thanks for the help..the issue i findout later it was Internal timings setting problem in my pcs... Currently having different problem cant backfill future
