This is Aniket. I am new to the forum.
I am a Derivatives enthusiast and I like to work around with strategies. I have been trying to find a way to get Real Time Data Feed in excel so that I can set up option chains and strategies for analysis.
I have an account with Upstox and have been trying to get a Real Time Data feed into excel through their NEST software, but with no success. I keep getting "#N/A" in the excel despite following all the instructions as available on this forum and over the internet, and I also get this message on the NEST terminal that says "Scrip RTD attribute not licensed". The support team at Upstox have told me that they have enabled the RTD on their end, which I highly doubt.
My current system configuration is as follows:
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional (64-bit)
RAM: 4GB
MS Excel 2007 (32-bit)
NEST Trader (32-bit)
I am open to upgrade the system if needed or even change the broker. (which I think I might do)
Can anyone please suggest me a way to get Real Time Data in Excel without any limitations on loading scrips?
