Quotetracker not showing JaiCorp

Hi all
I have quote tracker configured with NSE (Real Time) . It shows all the scrips i entered except Jaicorp. I tried checking if the symbol is wrong but dont think so. symbol i am using is JAICORPLTD Why is there no quote for it ?
Plz help
