My client id S0639, shall i take delivery even 1 share ..>? without any delivery charges ? or i have to make initial upfront fee of 899/monthly to avail this delivery free offer.. actually it is 899/month plus taxes to avail the offer till now.

Please write email to [email protected]. You are not required to take monthly plan for zero delivery brokerage. New client get this option automatically. Old client needs to sign and send tariff sheet again.

hows the technology in prostocks? heard from a colleague that next morning execution of after market orders placed on nse now software is still done manually by prostocks employees starting 9 am and is not auto !! I may be wrong as this is a very basic thing. if someone can clarify on this ..

NSE NOW are NSE provided software and every day by all the Stock Broker as part of the Begin of the day process they have to open and close AMO order. Are you using NSE and if yes than which Stock Broker?

While opening my account, I am struck at submission of documents stage due to your technical issue. Can you sort it out? And one more thing, can you clarify, if i opt trading account at @15/- brokerage only without demat, still any charges i have to pay while opening?

1. Best is send email to [email protected] with screen shot. You will get response immediately. Multiple account are getting opened and application is working however for any specific issue , please send email.

2. Brokerages are charged on Buying and selling and nothing to do with Demat Account of Demat Charges. Those who trade in only Currency Derivatives can open only Trading Account. Now Equity Derivatives are delivery settled hence Demat Account is must, however you can have anywhere not necessarily with us.

3. Delivery Brokerage is Zero when you place the order. Please https://www.prostocks.com/ , https://www.prostocks.com/brokerage-calculator.html and https://www.prostocks.com/demat-account-charges.html

We cannot allow you to trade in cash segment using other DP account. You will have to open Demat account with us then only we can allow it and there is no account opening charges for Demat account. We are jus t taking Rs.1000/- as deposit which is refundable. So, you can open your Demat account with us and can transfer your all share holding to Prostocks demat account

In your Account opening form, Did you selected Equity Segment of NSE or BSE or Both. My reply was if you deal in Currency Derivatives or Equity Derivatives only and not in Equity Segment.

However https://www.prostocks.com/faq/12-ac...-to-link-to-my-prostocks-trading-account.html Read this FAQ on our website. Even whom we have allowed in past are finding it very difficult to sell delivery.

In case you are opening only Trading Account for Derivatives we will allow. We allow for even Equity where customer do not have intention to sell. e.g if we allow Equity Delivery segment , you sell the shares and you do not do shares Payin , than what will happen.
