  1. Stamp Duty will be borne by Buyer and not Seller, Please read article https://www.prostocks.com/stamp-duty-charges.html and https://www.prostocks.com/blog/206-stamp-duty-demystified.html . Common Stamp Duty across India will be more beneficial to us than present structure, will let you know on 1st April,2020.
  2. We do not give limit to one client from another client's funds and securities. Those who are giving will not be able to give from 8th February,2020. from Trading Trading Day of 8th February,2020, Margin reporting is on peak margin. We do provide upto 7 times and upto 10 times intra day limits on equity segment.

How Stamp duty will be beneficial for our clients from 1st April 2020 will be informed in due course. Till such time, Enjoy the benefit.

8th February 2020 is Date decided by SEBI on 8th January 2020( given 30 days time to participant to change technology where Peak margin are saved by CC )and Stock Brokers are asked to report margin.
As per our understanding No circular will be issued as there is no change is regulation for margin collection for Derivatices. Margin was always required to be collected upfront.

As per your understanding from which date a client has to give full margin even for a intraday trade?

Recently concern of client has increased about safety of their Demat Account . Keeping this in mind, we have written Blog on this subject.

How to avoid misuse of Power of Attorney (PoA) by Stock Broker/ Brokerages or relatives?

How to protect your shares and mutual funds in Demat Account from Power of Attorney (PoA) holder?

How to freeze and unfreeze the Holdings in Demat Account?

How to secure Demat Account even after giving PoA to Stock Broker/brokerages or relatives?

We are encouraging our clients to register for easiest and monitor their account from the website of CDSL since 2017.

How is your offer better than finvasia?? they are providing brokerage free trading..
ProStocks does not do Prop Trading. In 120 years history of Indian Capital Market whenever a Stock Broker has defaulted 98 percent time cause was Prop Trading.

What could be a revenue model if every thing is Free? There has to be some catch ? I hope you are wiser and got your answer
