Can anybody help !!

I want to know if there is any software which is according to the following requirements :

1. If i buy 10 XYZ shares @ Rs. 50 per share, and feed this data into the software manually, then if the stock price goes to Rs.60 per share, it should automatically get updated into the software and calculate my return on investment on a realtime basis..

2. It should be a software. and not like a web based or portal for portfolio management which is already offered by moneycontrol.com or rediff money..

It should not be too much expensive.

Please let me know if you have any or if you know any software of such kind

Regards,

Abhay

I would rather prefer web based FREE portfolio manager.
My primary requirement is ...

Lets say I bought 10 @10, 20@15, 10@20,5@30 and sold 5@25, 10@20, then it should show my realized/un-realized profit/loss. Till date no web based portfolio manager including MC, Rediff, Yahoo, etc ... provided such facility.

So please tell me such portfolio manager preferably web based else desktop application.

Try portfolio manager from moneycontrol[dot][com] .. they show every minute update to ur curent portfolio value based on the stock prices atthat moment .. end of they day one email is sent to your mail id with realized profit or loss for the day. finally its free of cost and easy to use. i prefer them the most!

As long as you are buying stock its good and almost all provide same kind of functionality. But the problem starts while you "Sell". The software do not calculate your realized loss/profit from your average buying price :(

I'm still hunting for a perfect portfolio manager site/software.
