I have some doubts in thread

Please clarify my below doubts
in that thread the expert said On 9th October 2009 at 10:45 a.m. I found the nifty at **** {some feguare}
1} WHAT PARTICULAR TIME IS REQUIRE TO TAKE MID POINT?.
OR
2} Is here any technic to take mid point?.
here is an other doubt today nifty futures low is 5298.9 and high is 5314 at 9.20am and high is 5323.9 and low is 5298.9{ no change} at 9.45am.here is chance to to increase in high an a few minutes.
3}In this situation what particulat time need to take mid point calculation?
or
4}Any other process to take mid point calculation with out particular time frame?
