How to trade Sideways:

Good morning ST sir
One query related to this..
If it is Visual sideways..then how to trade visula sideways..
Ex Todays nifty & bank nifty
Both nifty & BNF makes Lower VPL at 9:40 candel.. vpl confirms between 10:15 to 10:30 period..so we are in confirmed sideways after 10:30..so how to trade it after 10:30...
Should we enter on break of VPH/VPL or wait for a minor pivot above/below VPH/VPL

We dont trade VPL/VPH in visual sideways. In the morning 7200 got rejected....another attempt to go up also failed...so look to sell at higher bands and cover at lower bands.
