overdraft on cash credit account.

I have a cash credit account of Rs 5 lakhs with a nationalised bank.I had taken overdraft of Rs 1.25 lakh on this a/c for a period of 2 month.If I dont pay overdraft amount now,will my whole cc a/c will turn NPA. Please advice
