option spread margins and brokers

Hi,
Does anyone know a broker(online and offline) who knows abt option spreads and charges honest margins( not saying span margins and then asking margins for naked writing when u do spreads) Would lov to find such a broker

Yes i have traded with refco. Was a wonderful fair broker till the bull run when suddenly the margin requirements became crazy like other indian brokers. Wants 40k for a 5 point credit spread!!!
