comment- profit is big because i am risking 5% per day so quantity increased as per risk. sold some ce at start then added ce short position as banknifty was falling. banknifty started recovering so sold some pe ,market was going up so added pe short position. at one point short ce was in loss so booked it and kept existing short pe and added again. trailed profit till end.

i sell ce if banknifty is falling i sell pe if banknifty starts recovering. i repeat the process several time. i exit my position when my ce or pe position is in max % loss. i keep profit position and trail the profit. option selling is complicated. i may change the rules as per trading conditions. sometimes i take directional view trades also.

in this scenario I exit pe also in loss. This happened many times before. If my daily max loss limit is not reached then I will take next trade and if my max limit reached I won’t trade again that day.

I was using cloud server when my broker was upstox. In upstox there is API for auto trading I was using it on virtual server. In angel I trade manually and exit my position when my max loss per day hits or put stop loss in system.
