I have two questions demanding expert advice :
1. I am not sure whether SEBI/RBI regulations allow operation of online trading account or viewing the demat account during the stay outside India.
2. Is it possible for an NRI to become a joint second holder of resident demat account ? If so, would it be possible for an NRI to operate such resident demat account during overseas stay ?
