Online trading for europe based NRI

Could any expert help me to let me know which online trading facility should I use. and why are you suggesting that?? Plz discuss on that.

To tell you guys further that
1 I am not a frequent trader. Just only when full moon...
2. Intrested mainly for IPOs online. may be some times secondray too.
3. Longterm invsetment options mainly.

If you do a search here you will find many online brokers being discussed. Considering you are an NRI, I would suggest you try contacting icicidirect.com and see if they will open an account for you.
