Nifty Index Weekly OHLC, Volume data

I was looking for Weekly OHLC, Volume data for the Nifty Index. I found it at Yahoo, but Volume data seems off

https://in.finance.yahoo.com/quote/...600&interval=1wk&filter=history&frequency=1wk

August to current data shows volume in 1000s, while before that volume is in 10s of lakhs.

Any idea why this or any other place where I can download this kind of data.
