Yes M using Kotak and shoonya both
Kotak has zero brokerahe for Intraday but a bit charges for delivery
where as Shoonya having zero brokerage for both intraday and delivery.

Kotak basic Cons for me is brokerage part only :
Equity delivery brokerage charges (0.25%)
High brokerage in dealer assisted brokerage plan (0.39% delivery, Rs 30 per lot Options)
